Ingredients

  • La Gioiosa DOC Prosecco

  • Elderflower Cordial - 50ml

  • Apple Juice - 50ml

  • Freshly squeezed lime juice - 15ml

  • Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a wine glass with a couple of ice cubes and stir well.

  2. Top it up with La Gioiosa Sparkling Wine.
